3. Booking and Appointments

When booking services through our website:

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment
• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other factors

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

5. Warranty

Our tinting services come with a lifetime warranty that covers:

• Bubbling and peeling
• Fading and discoloration
• Delamination

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper cleaning, or removal attempts. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking
• Ensure the vehicle or property is accessible at the scheduled time
• Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
• Follow care instructions for newly tinted surfaces

7. Limitation of Liability

TTGM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
